|I have had several SC 4 stroke and they have all been good. The only problem I have had is that when set up for running in as described in the instructions the fuel just runs out the carb and they are impossible to start. They say 5 turns out at least on the main needle and I leave the low end set as is. I found this was just far too rich. One over the initial running in they are fairly powerful and reliable.|

SC / ASP (same thing) - great engines that are good VFM. Good support from Just Engines (ASP distributor) in the UK.
TT - can't help, I'm afraid.

Thunder Tiger 54 - not as good as a O.S. 52, various problems including kicking back on starting and the 'clip' used as a cotter pin, holding the exhaust valve later shattering, dropped valve.
TT 91 4 T - worst engine I have ever had, I had one, new, would not run properly, lost £130 aeroplane when it cut out, replaced carb under guarantee, still would not run, 2nd engine, same, would run at high or low revs, not both, wasted hours trying to tune it. Just my own opinion. Verdict - avoid. (Although I expect somebody will say they are perfect.) Buy cheap, buy twice. I only use Enya, O.S. & Saito 4 strokes now. (I am not rich, just careful what I buy).
