Always a good idea to have a picture or screensaver of your current project in view to help you through the "why did I ever start this" moments.............laugh

Beautiful job.

Great as always Tony.

I love your idea of "slowly getting there". Two weeks? It would take me two months to get half as far as that!

the bin is for when i scream enough. cheeky

twin pusher props as this one is only the first prototype.

i am not going mad on detail as i just want to see if it will fly.

the mk2 will have retracts, droop snoot and twin edf's.

no plans for this one, all drawn straight onto the depronand then built by eye.

drawing up plans for a one off build takes longer than the build... normally.

he he he

Got everything all wired up with the plan being to finish sheeting the wings.

only to find that one esc was not working. arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

so i only managed to sheet half the wing, though i have started sheeting one side of the fuselage as well.

plodding on

not been as hard as i expected. ok i have not gone scale on the wing as this is just a sports model. laugh

if this works and flies i shall revisit the drawings and go a bit more scale for the next one.

Looking great Tony. What's the overall length and is it designed to come apart length-wise for transport?

the front section of the fuselage from the u/c leg forward is removable.

that way it will fit in the car in just two pieces.

wingspan:- 44 inches

length :-103 inches

weight :- 4lb 8oz with motors, esc, servos and 5000mah 4s lipo.

i am aiming to keep it under 6lb.
