The first leading edge is glued in position. The stripe is 2,5mmX15mmX1370mm

The aluminium rail ensures a straight line(course)

Nice subject! I love this era of aviation. Are the plans drawn to incorporate the wing fold? Just seems a bit odd to build the wing with the rear spar pre broken! Still plenty of strength due to the struts though.

The struts are made by two carbon fiber tubes. Very low weiht and easy to build.On both ends are quicklinks.

The struts are glued together with epoxy and additionaly secured with shrink tubing

Hi Ian, the rear spar is not broken.Of course not.The sheeting hides the rear spar at this point.Hope, I have understood your question.

According the plan the elevator is in one piece.But that does not work like the picture shows.

The elevator must therefore be shared. After that I reconnected the two halves with a bent piano wire again.
