This lot are a laugh and do a lot of traditional building.

They may be a laugh on YouTube but they terrify me!

Holy Moly, why should England tremble !!

No wonder the General Masses think we are dangerous.

I'm sorry but I don't think that is funny, frown

JMHO.

A great vid on youtube I watched, forgive my ignorance here. Was at a UK nationals or something well known and large.

they have a non RC session and everyone is literally bunging powered stuff in the air! everyone is ducking and diving. Very "un health and safety " but great fun. Everyone laughing and no injuries or deaths, from what I read : )

Perhaps someone will know the event and vid?

It's the free flight jamboree.

But the big difference is all the people there know the risks and the aircraft are light / small.

I remember a thread from a couple of years ago, same idiot in charge. Last time someone crashed a Wot 4 into the front garden of one of the houses, across the busy road, you can see at the start.

A Wot 4 is not so small, not their risk. Bye the bye, there are footpaths under their flying area.

The models are light and small????

One of the biggest ever claims on the BMFA Insurance came about as the result of an accident involving a chuck glider weighing about 2 ounces......the claim ran into millions of pounds and involved loss of sight.

I think this lot are irresponsible flying so close to houses and cars. Ridiculous.  I wonder if they'll register? Or might they assume it applies only to radio controlled models?
