What a strange mod - no trainer switch function ??
I certainly can see /read no major advantage over the DX7 - latency etc are not going to be noticed by all but the absolute perfect competition flyer, and he/she will be buying something else anyway!

It make one think they had recurring problems so decided to remove it on the new version.
Does seem to limit the applications.

|Maybe the new Tx won't buddy with an older one due to the faster frame rate, so they decided to leave the function off.|

Ma be they are thinking that the DX7 is for the more advanced flyer not the newbie, just lack of thought.
