I misread the title as "Googles for Slopers", so, out of curiousity I did.  And this is what I got:

So next time you go sloping wear your best fitting clothes, eh?

Hmm, I'll have to look for those, and see if my ordinary glasses will fit underneath.

Properly fitted clothes keep the draughts out, too!

I used to fly a SAS blob slope soarer, which I used to transport to the slope on the back of my motorbike. I remember on several occasions flying it with a full faced helmet on, water proofs the lot. I did get a few funny looks though, don't know why.

Mind you I nearly left it for a laugh, as I am sure Eric would have smiled at the thought of thongs smacking him around the head whilst he was on the hill

I don't know about wild thongs, but Davey Crockett was claimed to have a wild front ear.

The thought of Timbo standing in a thong and showing his goggles on the top of the Orme gives me the willies.

There's a thread somewhere in the forum about making use of re-cycled materials for modelling.

whose going to suggest making a model out of a pair of goggles and a thong when Timbo has finished with them...............................could be a canopy and a bungee launch in there somewhere.

Phil.

I could not stop laughing while reading this, something about wild thongs whipping you while flying a slope soarer wearing goggles, while searching on google?

No...I think its hilarious, and as the OP topic has been covered comprehensively within the first couple of postings, off topic is fine too!

Phil said - wildthong i think i love you by the animals i think.

I thought it was the Troggs?

So as the Orme is Timbo's haunt, and the Orme has caves, it could be the Trogglodytes!
