I was just about to play on my Phoenix Flight Simulator, I picked up the Tx with the connecting wire plugged in and some how got it caught on something, the PC case some how.

The problem is that the plug came apart the two wires have been wrenched from the plug itself.wp_20190905_18_47_06_pro.jpg

Can any one advice where the black and red wires are soldered to?

It is onto a Futaba Tx a T6EX

Have just taken the one I have to bits to look at it.

If you look at the plug from the back Red goes to top left and the black next to it i.e. top centre.

I also note that the bottom centre and right are joined by a blob of solder.

I guess that if you look at all the pins you will see which ones have had wires soldered to them which will help to confirm whether it is the same as mine.

Thank you very much Max.

I was just about to clip the back onto the plug. I seem to have soldered it wrong.

I decided that convention was centre positive and the outer negative. I will resolder after lunch.

Thank goodness I had a gutter to clean out, which was full of Moss and deal with some plaster board screw heads where the wood and plasterboard had shrunk back. Small jobs in themselves but probably saved the day.smiley

I have resoldered the plug. It is all working nicely now.

I worked out that the dongle caught on the edge of the desk, I will now remember to check in future.

Thanks Again Max.
