I have seen pictures of "guide" plates that you can fit to only allow up or down movement of the sticks. I do not know the correct name of these items and various searches online have found nothing. Anyone know the correct name or pointer to them please?

I call them thumbs Gary devil

If you can't find anything, try just tightening the tension of the axis you don't want to move as tight as it will go. Loosening the one you do want to move might help too.

edit - try searching for "transmitter stick gate". Is this the sort of thing you are after?

Gary, are you being sarcastic about me thumbs ? :

The reason I need these plates is because I bought one of those Jumper T16 radio`s. Not a fan and it wont be used for flying BUT I also have a couple of Tamiya 1/14th scale trucks and the High Channel count on the T16 would be useful on the truck BUT it would be better with single direction on each stick. I was sure I see these plates used somewhere, not even sure if they are available for the T16 . might be home made.

Gary, sorry forgot to say that's the sort of thing, that has multiple positions.will sit and think if that's preferable or not.

Did not use "gate". Thanks

If you know someone with a 3D printer these are a possible.

They may need a little re sizing to suit.

. You can achieve the same function on other simpler computer sets by just set end point adjust to 0% or switching required channel/s to Off or Inhibit.
