Evenin’ all

I’ve just dragged my wild thing out of the loft to recommission but I’ve mislaid the instructions for the centre of gravity position. Can someone please advise, I cannot find the answer on t’internet. I bought it in 2017 so I think its a mk3 (?).

I have got the Wilthing 60 plus instructions. Assuming the C/G is the same in proportion for the smaller model its position from the front leading edge is 0.44 of the maximum wing root. Take plenty of lead plus tape! I have just read through the instructions and it mentions that the plane should not be kept in places that have high temperatures. I have kept mine in my loft where it must have cooked and hence a lot of the tape has been undermined.

Its from 4¾ to 5" measured from the visible wing root, ie from where it joins the fus.

Thanks to you john reminding me I have now re-taped my Wildthing as necessary and it is now in flying trim. Nobody at our club seems keen on slope soaring at present so my slope soarers are currently redundant and one still has not flown a refurbished Middle phase 2 with ailerons They will soon have Corvid Hanger Rash !
