I have a lazer part kit of the SR-71 for sale for twin EDF's. I have put the ad in the classified, not sure if anyone looks at the ads as I never sell anything!

Please take a look in classifieds and see what you think

Cheers

Hi Matt,

I had a look at it if it counts? Looks a nice kit but there is a lack of information on the RCG forum about this model... Does it fly well, hand launch, bungee or wheels etc? Looks a nice project to finnish off?

Dusty

P.s What else are you trying to sell?

The model is obviously good or excellent value.

It is just a pity i would not be up to flying it.

I also guess that not many of us look at the classifieds, as so much for sale seem as expensive as buying new.

It is a pity that there is not some mechanism which flags up bargains in the classifieds, or may be a small window, which scrolls through randomly items for sale.

Thanks guys, it is a sample kit I bought. I was going to build it, but life and all it's complexities have got in my way, so never got to it.
I'm trying to sell it to get some dosh to buy an alternator for my car from ebay. It's bearings are shot, and I'm stuck!!

It's a bungee launched job Dusty. I have one of those foam Biz jets for EDF that I'd like to sell, again £40 plus shipping (brand new still in the box.)
What kind of stuff are you after Dusty?

I am starting a new job in May, but until then am a tad financially embarrased, as they say, lol.

Cheers

Matt

I'll see what else I have Dusty,thanks.

Alan, I don't have a bench press to remove/refit the bearings, so I can't!

Oh well...I'll look at my stuff tomorrow and let you know what I have to sell.

Cheers

Matt

Forgot to say, instead of 69mm fans, a guy in the USA told me that the tech is soo good these days, a twin EDF like this designed for 2 x minifans would fly better on 2 x microfans. Better fans/motors/ ESC's and batteries are out there will do the job very well, cutting the AUW down by a large measure, maybe possible to handlaunch this plane.

Food for thought eh?

Can you Stephen? Wow that would be great! Thankyou. I hope you can. It is a Fiat Siecento SX W reg, about 2000 I think.
That would be amazing and you'd make me so grateful It uses the same one as the Chiquento.

Cheers! Matt.

Hi Pete
I sold the kit last week. My ad reflects the fact now since last week too.
Am sorry,no email came and haven't checked this thread since I sold it.
Thankyou for your interest, am sorry you missed it. Not sure why I didn't get an email so I think I should recheck my mail settings.
Regards

Matt

I used the "e-mail me" link in the ad.
Truth be I have too many projects waiting anyway
