I really don't know how you've kept going Danny. Very well done so far.

Is it all straight before I let the glue dry?

Looking very nice, Danny. Good decision to go with the conventional tail, I think.Chris gave his a lot of thought and you haven't got the luxury of ponder-time today!

You must be feeling that it's been a very long day - and I understand and sympathise with the back pain - leaning forward slightly is a killer

Hang in there, bud..........

Takes me long to get an ultra micro out the box and fly. Obviously talented and commited. i have just spent the last 2 days completing an assignmnet for uni..no where near as interesting as your task. I concur with the back pain though. oh well off on hols soon. Africa here we come.

Well done once again.

Looking good, Gaz, I pressed report at the bottom of your post by accident. Hoping this doesn't cause you any grief

Danny,

Great work. Fantastic to catch up now that I am at holiday destination and online!!!

What was the mistake you made with glueing on the Aileron Centre Section "too soon"?

I really think you deserve to take the night off and cover tomorrow. I think you will have done enough to have got the airframe ready by tonight!!

Fantastic job..... Theres a beer in the cool box at Greenacres for you!

Hi David, glad you made it OK.

Danny told me that he glued the center section trailing edge on, befroe he'd sanded the trailing edge to section. So he took it off again, to do the sanding.

I can't imagine for a minute he intended to cover it after this marathon. Hasn't he done incredibly well

Let's try to keep the thread at the top as long as he keeps building.

That's OK you can get that 20" prop on now, there won't be any torque problems - honest!

Well I don't know about anyone else but I'm getting really tired!

But here's Danny thinking of motor fitting... and look at the time, after an 8:00 start.

It's certainly been a marathon effort. I don't think anyone would begrudge Danny a good night's sleep whilst the glue dries.......

Respect, bro!

Thanks guys I think thats it. Just the covering to do and the hatch magnets. Oh and shorten those legs

Weight 1lb 9oz

But still needs esc and servos plus rx and of course covering, so just over 2lb I expect

Its been fun, and thankyou to you all for sticking around to the end. there are still 12 watching on the cam. I will switch it off at midnight before my hard disk fills up completely with all the captures.

Somebody elses turn next tme!

Cheers
chums
