This is Wight Crusader a design by Keith Humber a free plan from Radio Modeller before it became absorbed into RCME. A great flying model but it seems to have no plan number so it's no longer possible to get a plan.

Congratulations Andy, you have done what many of us have promised to do. The PSS Mustang looks to be a really good conversion. Congratulations again.

Thanks Erfolg, the Mustang flew incredibly well considering is was so badly under powered, around 30-40 w/lb.
I would recommend it - especially properly powered.

So what have you built? Anything special?

Loving these pics... Great post..

I'm reletively new to this plank game, and i'm really miffed i've missed soo many cool plans..
The big foamie Edge, the ultimate Bipe, and the Hyperbipe...

I've only built 4 planes.. 1 Guillows, 2 freebies, 1 own design..

Freebies are Petes Tailwind, rescaled to 32"..

.

And a Q&EF (is that swearing.? ) profile Edge, which is what gave me the confidence to 'REALLY' start flying..

.

Luv
Chrisie.. xx

James,

That will go like stink with a 55 up front, mine had a 32 up front and the tailplane broke in half when I pulled a tight turn.

checked the remains and found that when I had removed the film on the tailplane seat I had scored the balsa, It had broken right along the score line.

Very smart model of yours.

A Tony Nijhuis FW 190 from the free plan last year.FW190

There is not a prop on it yet and it still needs a bit more 'dirt' on it.

Enjoying the pictures but for many of them I am finding it frustrating.

I would like to know the names of the planes and if possible what issue they came from.

Have nothing to offer unfortunately but very much enjoying them nonr the less.

Finished 130% Harmony

130% harmony wing dry build

130% Harmony fuselage 80% completed

Forgot to add that the canopy and cowl were from the spares box - both from a Spiteful plan I never built! Had to deepent the chin for the cowl to fit but looks good. Also had to add struts to the Horizontal stabiliser for additonal strength.

Decals from Pyramid Models - model name is Lithe Louise.

Upscaled Harmony fuse build

@ Jon Laughton......Jon, please can you try & remember to add a line (hit Carriage Return) between each photo......if you don't the software interprets it as all photos side by side with dire consequences for the formatting of the page......thanks...thumbs up
