Yeah mate but you have to plan these things early so I don't get bloomin socks again, my only concern on the modle is how she will cope with slope flyings and more importantly .... Landings

Just a nudge every now and then would be nice, love the shape though not sure it would survive long in slope life and it would be a nice distraction from my typhoon especially in light winds when some idiot decides to throw a plane off a cliff !

I've just sold my old Wildthing and with a little extra saved I think I might invest in a Pilatus B4.
Does anyone know if the wings are built up or foam cored?
I believe the fuz is built up.
I've got a couple of Seagull models that I've electrified, an AT6 and a Spacewalker 2, both are well built and fly very well - hope the Pilatus is up to the same standard.
Best price I've found is £159.99 - anyone seen one cheaper?

Being Seagull, it'll be built-up DF. Seagull don't do foam.

Their 2000 glider is all balsa and ply.

Same old Same old!

Just because it has a motor, it does not have to be flown like a 'Normal' Aircraft, after all it is a Glider!

Appreciate that you have to do the 'Fly-bys' but how about a pure Gliding sequence for a change?

the 2000 does not look like a traditional glider though a bit of a warmliner look about her, i would have liked to see her at ful chat on a fast pass and then give her some rice and see if she can handle it

One of the arguments brought up by our difficult neighbour was that gliders dont count they are not model aircraft, and tried to include us in the flying of microlites ,straw clutching methinks
