Glad it's gone well, I presume he's in Broad Green cardio thoracic centre. I've been there myself for heart surgery and it's sure no way to spend Christmas but in Phil's case it sounds like needs must. Wishing him a speedy recovery.

Garry, tell the ol' fella to leave the nurses alone and build his strength up and get out of the place. Tell him he's got a lot of good will thoughts coming his way to help.

Cheers mate

Heard from Phil, he seems to be doing very well. I dont doubt that he will be out very soon, as he does not have access to TV or a laptop. I bet he is a real joy to nurse LOL

At this rate he'll make the club Hot Pot supper on 5th Jan! With Alex W and 'Crash' Parry in attendence should be a good 'un! Tell him to stop this malingering and get himself back in circulation!

Good advice. Trouble is he will eat all your sticky buns and probably get diabetes or even worse ,end up on a big rock bun without an engine .
I'll go and get mi coat and give the animals the wrong food -AGAIN
