If my wife was a plane!

Along the lines of pets look like their owners; I could not decide on whether, looks, the terror caused, the noise she makes, the beauty she has or the weathering she has suffered. but probably a C130 Hercules. because she has carried and supported me a few times, dropped me off (at the pub), helped in emergencies (cuts, bruises and broken bits), and carried a few troops ( our six kids.) not to mention the rough landing strip she has put up with.

She'd be something I built myself - a bit tatty and rough round the edges and doesn't flyteeth 2

Mine would be a Sopwith Camel, Twitchy , hard to handle but with classical lines and a form of grace not often seen any more. ( got to add that bit in case she spots this) rosewink

I'll explain mine now, Concorde.

Complicated (the most complex plane EVER) Noisy at times (Reheat) but graceful, beautiful, safe (best safety record of any plane despite crash), reliable, and everyone loves her!

And I just like Concorde- a lot!

True true, I was thinking more passenger planes in the safety.

PM sent, hope you don't mind.

I asked my wife - she said she would be a "jet fighter" (she is not in the least aircraft inclined).

I asked why, she said, "Fast elegant and sleek and the ability to kill anyone who gets in my way".

I have booked her an appointment at the opticians.

Hmmm. difficult, I wonder????. Yes I know a P51 Mustang. Just like the SWMBO it has a wild side that I likedevil.

Its quick of the mark and can move fast. Like the P51 always looks good even in bare skin or when all dressed in war paint for battle.

Yes it must be a P51. Looks beautiful, handles well, but will bite if your not careful with it.
