I'm looking for a cheap..ish electric glider to fly when winds are to low to fly on the slopes.

New or 2nd hand, I don't mind , any advice guys.

Try an ST Blaze or a Dynamic from Hobby King. Both cheap as chips, durable and good fun.

I have not yet.
Work has gone quiet and we have been put on short time, so it has been put on hold for a while.

Phil, stock up on baked beans, you won't need one then mate devilembarrassed.

If it was me I'd have said the radian pro/ radian even, only plane I've ever landed in my hand without multiple bruises.

If he wanted a thermal duration glider, I would agree. But he said he wanted speed, a hotliner or I would guess at least a warmliner.

ST Blaze and Dynamic S from HK are one and the same have a look at the HK Phoenix 2000 use it electric or slope. I've had the electric version since last November and have never fired up the motor yet its far too much fun on the slope and flies in the lightest breeze. Kevin.
