Certainly Friday but before the rush hour may be too early for me so it may be later. Depends on when I am ready.

PM me for phone No.

Built mine 20 years ago and it is still flying.A bit rough around the edges now but nothing better on a nice calm day for floating around and nice low passes.

Powered by an SC 90 four stroke which some consider small, but why race something like this around at a non scale speed023.jpg

Looks really nice for her age. You must build a lot lighter than me, my heavy old bird (15lbs) barely clears the trees with a 120

Whilst wandering round the trade stands at wings and wheels, popped into the Slec tent,

The latest laser cut Stampe Show price being offered at £225.00

the ironic thing is the one on the trade stand is sporting a Zenoah g38,

so I won’t feel bad about having a Zenoah G38 in mine and enjoying the extra power.

Hmm,,, a show price for a kit that must be a rarity these days according to some show goers,

And it lends itself to a wide variety of power plant to suit different budgets

I cant imagine flying mine on anything other than the 180. Scale flight is easily achieved at half throttle or less but i have spare performance there for aerobatics and to cope with howling cross winds! I can also swing my nice big prop too

Yes John I need a 180 Petrol for mine..

like I said to Mr Tidy I could fly slower and quieter if I had a Laser 180 Petrol.

then I could join in proper like.

But that’s out of my hands

I watched Martin climb out to a good height and do some great spins during one of the infill slots

My son is completeing a part started Stampe and I am giving it some serious though into building a new Stampe, as I am Intrested in seeing how well a laser cut kit goes together

I have been toying with the idea of building a new one. I bought a new kit from slec a number of years ago when i didnt know if i could be bothered to repair mine after its crash. Although its a bit bent mine still seems to fly just fine so i cant decide what i should do.

As for the engine Bert, 180 glows in stock :P
