Look forward to seing you Bert.

cymaz I think the dates are negotiated with the local council, who also have to fit in other bookings for the field.
I don't think there's any reason against bank holidays, but I recon it would be a lot to ask of the Greenacres lads to do an extra day's duty.

Ok, thought I'd ask... BTW those chaps should get a medal for the effort and organisation that goes in. If I don't mention it while I'm there this year, THANKYOUthumbs up

Hi Cymaz and Chris i'm not 100 % sure but i think a bank holiday weekend is on the cards for next year but it's only a thought at the moment. I can only speak for myself and would have no problem working an extra day ( because i love it)

Hi Chris while i'm on here, thank's again for the talk on wednesday.

Hi there all, I'm really looking forward to this years fly-in. We will be back with a trade stool with all the show specials. Hope to see you there again, and yes I will be flying. I can't wait.

Hi Steven, unless you're a trader then there's no need to let us know. There's plenty of space for camping. Or just come for a day.

I was looking at the link and came to no conclusion, or if it is even in this country as lower two maps seem to be abroad as all road names don't appear to be in English. and top map is for club only.

I may be late arriving

Bert

Bert, on that locations page there are three maps.

The top one is where we park for normal club flying.
The bottom one is where we have monthly clubnights.

The middle one shows the entrance of the funflies. They are all labeled as such.
The funfly one has the postcode on a lable hovering over the map.

If that's not enough, then the maps are fully scaleable, click on the zoom button and zoom out until you see something you recognise. If that happens to be the shape of the whole UK, then you've made a start!

Ah yes tried that was in the wrong country.

Using the upper map for a guide for road names got location close but unable to find any post code hovering over the map.

Please could you go to the web and try just to prove me wrong.

It sounds like you're sorted now Bert, but just in case, this is what I see when I look at that locations page. With the postcode in that white rectangle in the middle.
