![]() 1829 forum posts 1068 photos | That's a nice and smart scheme Rob - very nicely finished too! Good job! My airframe is built but I have done the fuz, ailerons and empennage in Poly C (just to see what it's like to use) but I now need to prime it and spray it, cover the wings and fit the engine back in.and ready to go. 46 forum posts 41 photos | Hi Peter, Power will be an electric set up, somewhere around 2500 W should do the job. The model as it is at the moment weighs 1.8 Kg, it will be interesting to see what the flying weight ends up at. If it flies as well as the little one I will be very happy! ![]() 80 forum posts 8 photos | Love the big version Richard and looks expertly built. I've enlarged a Colin Usher plan to build a large version of a model and very satisfying it is too. I would have to put an IC engine in it however - maybe a 120 4 stroke!! |

172 forum posts | Hi Richard, great model really nice. For the power train can you say what motor you are using and for the 10S how it is setup e.g. 2*5S in series. Many thanks |

![]() 11764 forum posts 1416 photos 10 articles | Great to hear that. It was one of my favourite models until an aileron horn failed at the wrong moment. |

![]() 343 forum posts 160 photos | OOoooooooooh. I like that big model. These are so much fun I bet the larger one is even more fun to fly. I had mine out yesterday and had such a great time. I'm still geeking out today. I've finally gotten comfortable with it. I've only had a hand full of flights but now it will most likely come to the field with me. Truely feel everyone should build one of these. |
