More about me:

Built Airfix kits as a youngster always had an interest in aircraft, got interested in radio control in the early 80's and joined a great club. They helped me to pass both A and B certs, after which i started to help others to learn and maiden other club members aircraft. Most of my flying is sport flying nothing to serious almost all of my engines are Enya ss40 2st. About 10yrs later i put it all on hold as i moved away and got married, all my models and radio equipment was put into storage for a time when i could start again.

Nearly 20yrs later i have started again after seeing some lightweight foam models flying, so built some of my own and flew at the local park i was hooked again. How things have changed, i have now changed my beloved JR X388 for a Taranis and bought a few electric models. I have this last couple of years bought 3 large scale aircraft which should have been in flying order, but sadly not i am stripping them down and repairing as needed.

My models from the early years that are now flying again are an Inwoods Invader, Flair Dara, Precedent Funfly and still to be recovered and refinished a DB Triphound. The Invader and Funfly still have the Enya ss40's in them and still run ok.
