More about me:

Started with control line in the 1960's. Later on in the 1980's I was stationed in Germany with the Army close to RAF  Wildenrath and joined their club. First RC model was a Veron Super Robot powered by a OS 40 FSR.which enabled me to get the hang of RC flying. Luckily my next posting was to Gutersloh where I was able to join the RAF Gutersloh club.

The Simprop factory was close by which meant that I ended up with a Simprop SAM 35 radio set which was state of the art at the time.

On returning to the UK in thel ate 1980's I joined the Forest model club in Gloucestershire. I have been a member ever since and am now the club secretary.

My main interests are 1/4  scale which I like to build from plans although I do deviate to non scale and free flight.

Currently building the Peter Miller Ballerina for a fun fly model
