More about me:

Been in Cathkin Model Flying Club since around 1978. Started out with twenty size models due to costs etc but have found over the years if the model kit box said engines 20 - 25 or 40 - 60 for example then  typically using the smaller size was a real waste and would probably result in the early destruction of the airy. So now if I can get a 91fs into the front then thats the smallest I'll use. More realistic prop sizes too. Can always throttle back but its impossible to get blood out of a stone after all.
Built a turbine and that was all good runs fine but its still in the cupboard just need a spare couple of grand for the airframe and bits and pieces.
My favourite most recent flier was an ultimate with a 91fs and 14 x 6. Built circa 2002 and went down with radio failure earlier this year so now moved on to all 2.4ghz Spektrum dx8.
