Strengths:
The finish is far better than any other foamy I have seen. The power to weight ratio (200w @ 15. 75oz!) is good and it gives a very good jet like performance. Keep the aileron throws quite small as it is incredibly responsive in roll.
Weaknesses:
The decals are water slide and very fragile, but if covered with a waterbased varnish, they should last. It is difficult to do any alterations once the model has been assembled, due to the fragile nature of moulded foam and the tight working spaces. The supplied pilot figure is rubbish, so use a small resin foam figure such as the Pete's Pilot figures. .
Overall:
I got mine secondhand from a swapmeet, with a wrecked esc and motor. This meant I had to perform surgery on the model and got to know it well. It is very tricky to do, but certainly not impossible using the large hatch on the spine. The finish and performance of this model are superb, and it will be a regular sunday flier!.
