Strengths:
quite a strong plane, looks the part, handles nice and lands ok. . . .
Weaknesses:
the air scoop underneath, 2nd landing was a bit bumpy and it crushed it, dug it out and filled it will a balsa block then covered it with fibre glass, mega strong now, just need to paint it silver. Oh the two screws that hold the wings on are a pain to fit, now i dont remove the wings. . .
Overall:
Very good flying plane, i have the ripmax spitfire which flies much better, im running it with a Turnigy 35-42 1250kv motor (400 watts plus) on 3s lipo, Using 2200-3300 batts, seems to be ok on either, but i had to put 70g of weight on the motor mount to balance it out. Looks nice in the sky. . .

Strengths:
Easy build, flies with no vices, looks gorgeous in the air. . . .
Weaknesses:
Not real weaknesses, but suggest install a wire stiffener to strengthen the joint between the elevator halves, and strengthen the motor mount with some extra fillets of light ply. Buy an Irvine spinner for it!. . .
Overall:
Motor mount designed for inrunner or 600 can. Mine has a silky smooth Mega 22/20/3e 1500Kv and flies a dream. . .
