Strengths:
Good, reliable engine(if the later version), and able to take abuse. . . .
Weaknesses:
Earlier examples has liner problems, where the liner came away. Easily fixable with a new piston/liner, but the FX's reputation was damaged as a result. . .
Overall:
Apart from the liner issue, will last, as I've had one screaming in a PC-9 for years, and stil starts first go. . . .

Strengths:
User friendly, economical, fit and forget. . . .
Weaknesses:
Like all glo engines susceptible to iunternal rusting but take a few precautions and there's no problem. . . .
Overall:
I have 10, 10 fp, 2 x 20 fp, 1 x 25 fp, 1 x 46, 3 x 55,1 x91 and 1 x 160. All reliabl smaller sizes v economical larger sizes not nasty and swing big props. . .

Strengths:
super reliable, easy starting, powerful. . . .

might cost more but cost offset by years of service. . . .

excellent. cost soon forgotten once flown. . .
