Horizon UK’s John Norris with the new arrivals
I bumped into John Norris, the Horizon Hobby UK rep’ at the Hastings Show on Saturday. He had three attractive new models shortly to be distributed by the firm that you should start seeing on shop shelves very soon. Two models are from NPM, the French manufacturer and one from E-flite, the electric brand partner to Hangar 9.
We’ve reviewed a few NPM kits recently and found them to be excellent flyers so hopefully these two will continue the trend. Most NPM models are designed by Benoit Paysant Le Roux (brother of French champion Christophe) a top pilot and designer with a string of successful models to his name. John told me that the two models you see here weren’t quite as quick arriving in the UK as Benoit didn’t put them into production until he was completely happy with the quality.
We’ll be reviewing them shortly so we’ll let you know if they’re as good as they look!

This is the Eratix from E-flite, It’s an electric 54″ span freestyle aerobat for a variety of electric powerplants. Love the colour scheme. 
This NPM Yak was my favourite, this one was fitted with a .46 two-stroke. 
The NPM Juka, curious name – electric powered this one.
