FLIES VERY WELL - IRRITATING PROBLEMS IN BUILD
Strengths: Sturdy airframe. Well matched to OS 55AX
Weaknesses: Engine mount didn't fit template for holes for a 2 stroke! Elevator push rod needed replacing as the threaded end was not properly threaded...holes to fix cowling were drilled in the wrong locations. The elevator was a pain to fit in the correct psoition and I suspect the horizontal stabiliser was not made to correct dimensions. Didn't like the mouldings for the machine guns - replaced these with small cut of brass tubes let into the leading edge
Overall: Looks great, flies well and very stably. Took off in a very short run....has a great presence in the air.

BRILLIANT FUN
Strengths: Very well made solid plane. Flys really well and has plenty of washout for gentle slow landings. Mine flew straight off the runway with only 2 clicks of up elevator required tp trim. Hangar 9 have done a great job of taming the Corsair, but it still looks scale like.
Weaknesses: Fixed landing gear is not that strong, if used. Much better to fit retracts. I also sprayed the underside in a scale scheme to make it easier to see.
Overall: Very solid easy to fly warbird. I would not fit anything less than an 82 4 stroke, I fitted an ASP 91 FS and it flys scale like wih this on a 13x8 3 blade MA prop.
