GENTLE FLYER, GREAT LOOKER
Strengths: fuselage construction feels sturdy and tough for a `foamy`. wheels and spats together with the metal spinner finish the overall look nicely. the model is complete with radio, so there is not a lot to do, I plugged in the charger as I drove to the field and she was ready to go when we got there!
Weaknesses: wing struts are attached for stability with ease to the fuse, but I guess if she hits the ground sideways it would be game over, very flimsy looking struts. when I got mine, the elastic retaining studs on the fuse were a bit loose, I dabbed a bit of epoxy and they were fine.
Overall: I think that as a second model she should be easy for the beginner to handle, I started with a pod and boom craft, it flew so slowly I could almost walk alongside!, this little beauty flies a bit faster than that but is very stable and floats into the wind on landing, she fits nicely into the boot with the wings attached and comes with a car charger. I would reccomend however that for the first couple of flights, you use the exterior holes in the elevator and rudder, she is only small and reacts quickly, as you get the feel for how she handles, then bring them in and she will perform loops and rolls easily, if you fancy a lazy flight, on half throttle and a bit of breeze she will happily fly around for 15-20 minutes.very nice plane and good value for money
