Rusty Ferguson Pro-Plan
This time we have two pull-out plans for you. Our main free pull-out plan in the June issue of RCM&E is for Part 1 of Rusty Ferguson, a larger than normal plan that we will also be featuring in the July issue. Designed by Lindsay Todd, Rusty is a combination of all sorts of crop dusters and agricultural aircraft mixed into one and is designed for a .60 – .70 four stroke engine.

Our second plan, for a small Nieuport 11, covers the magazine’s centrefold and is Shaun Garrity’s tribute to Gordon Whitehead’s 24-inch F/F original, now fitted with R/C and 2S electric power.Article continues below…
This Month’s Regulars
Our regular columns this month include Bench Blog with Tim Hooper, who finally gets to fly his R/C assist version of the fabulous Keil Kraft Gipsy rubber model. Alex Whittaker shows how to strip back the gunk to reveal an almost pristine sports model in his Weekenders slot, and in a similar ‘how to’ Chris Williams shows the secret to fitting a cleverly disguised e-assist power system to your favourite scale glider.
Danny Fenton is the last of our regulars this month and he dedicates his column to building DB Sport & Scale Auster.Article continues below…
On review we take our first look at one of Century UK’s Pro-Built ARTFs, starting with the very popular .40 sized Riot high winger. To fly this fine model Frank Skilbeck used one of Century’s new MC-10 radio sets, which he’ll also be commenting on in a separate feature. Meanwhile, yours truly concludes our series of Edge 2000X review articles by flying the sleek moulded glider from the local slopes.
Alex Whittaker examines a large, super scale Miles Gemini twin and there’s also a chance to win a bundle of popular adhesives from Deluxe Materials.
