New JR Vibe 50

by

“Nearly ready” is what UK distributor MacGregor Industries has told us. The latest estimate is that this specially developed 3D
helicopter will be ready for shipping by mid
December although they do suggest adding a few weeks to this, so expect it to reach the MacGregor warehouse by January or February.

JR are still making final tweaks, mostly to the shaft
drive version of this kit and because of this, final pricing is unavailable at the moment.

Steve Roberts and Daniel Crozier recently
flew the Vibe 50 at the UK 3D Championships. Daniel was placed 4th in Champions class, with Steve taking third in Intermediate. Both shared the same helicopter, this being the pre-production model that was exhibited at the 3D Masters. Considering that this model is much heavier than the production version, and is belt driven rather than shaft driven, the pilots did very well to rank so highly in their separate classes. They were also under strict instructions to not break the model,as it’s the only one in the UK at this time!
