GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY AND BUILDS INTO A SUPERB LOOKING HAWK
Strengths: Quality of the wood and the CNC cutting - all the parts fit like a dream, Instructions and quality of plan. The outstanding customer service and support from Westwings/proscale - both on the phone and by email.
Weaknesses: Probably the vac formed mouldings - whilst they work they were very difficult to put together
Overall: I am still building this and have about two weeks worth of effort to complete, but it is an outstanding quality kit and the helpfulness of the staff at westwings has been tremendous. Whilst I have yet to complete/fly it I would say if it flies as well as it goes together and looks then it will be excellent. When all costs to complete are factored in, I could probably have bought a cheaper fiberglass artf EDF jet but it would have been no where near as much fun to build.
