AMAZES PEOPLE AT THE FIELD
Strengths: fast and fun for low cost, fitted with the mx power set it is a blast, people expect slow and quite glider, but goes vertical from a standstill and keeps going. mine has hit full speed nose first into the ground twice, and survived with just a distortion to the front fuse. GRP strips easy to fit, just cut to lenght, fill channel with cyano and press in, quick and easy to do.
Weaknesses: wing seat area, junk the multiplex pkug, cut out the plastic wing seat and fit a y lead for the servos. power pack set extremely expensive.
Overall: fun for a while, limited to what you can do, has a viscious stall if turned slowly, appears slow but to spectatoers it is mega fast. if you have the money buy one and enjoy.

GOOD MODEL
Strengths: well packaged-do'es what it say's on the box
Weaknesses: with motor(300)watt in - the bat is really as far forward as you can get it to get the c of g correct-use metal gear servo's
Overall: fly's well when the c of g is sorted-hard to slow down to land-even with spoiler's--seen one which was really heavy and impossible to slow down and land....

FANTASTIC FLIGHT PERFORMANCE
Strengths: Makes a truly excellent unpowered slope soarer, flight characteristics are impressively fast and so agile.
Weaknesses: Foam - so not so much credibility in the pits.
Overall: A wonderful model with fantastic flyability. So fast and aerobatic - quite remarkable for a foam model. Everyone who has seen it fly has been impressed. Build it well (glueing everything properly as per the instructions) or wing flutter can occur with the powered version.

VERY ENJOYABLE BUT NOT FOR BEGINNERS
Strengths: Quite a quick and easy build everything goes together very precisely and accurate
Weaknesses: Glass fibre strips in the wing and fuselage are fiddly Also needs lots of ballast in the tail,That is supplied in the form of 3large ball bearings
Overall: Great to fly it is quite fast enough for an old fogey like me I did not use the reccomended motor but fitted a Mega motor22/30/3 I flew it in about 15mph wind and it handled it very well

FUN! FUN! FUN!
Strengths: Great design, precise flying, resilient & easy to repair after 'bending it! Even replacing a broken wing servo was easy!
Weaknesses: Lots of fiddly solder work & gluing in the glass rods to the wing.
Overall: Exhilarating to fly. Ideal for flying on breezier days. It is kept top of the pile ready to go!

GOOD ENTRY LEVEL PERFORMANCE ELECTRIC GLIDER
Strengths: The foam will take some knocks, but donít expect it to be indestructible. Flight is very good as long as you don't push the wing too hard. Better IMO as a pure glider than an electric as the higher wing loading effects the resiliance of the wing and shows up it poor torsional rigidity
Weaknesses: The build is horrific, an orgy of cyno and kicker. The wing is a pain to build as all the glass reinforcement rods have to be cynoed in. The MPX wing servo connector, not included, is a pain to solder as it does not have much room for the soldered connectors in the wing. Also if the wing moved you could loose aileron control. The tail and wing servos are glued in so no chance of repairing if a gear is stripped. The main problem is the wing. It is 8.9% thick so a fast section. But if pushed as a hotliner it WILL flutter. Better IMO as a pure glider than an electric as the higher wing loading effects the wing which is not very torsionally rigid.
Overall: Good entry level performance electric plane. I would not buy one however unless you partically want foam. It will open up some rough areas to fly from, which is why I bought it. The tunnig power setup is strong and works well. I have to mark down the value for money as it is not up to the job clamed buy the manufactures.
